Mmmmm Steak

Last night I wanted more than leftovers so I decided to pull out a nice steak out of the freezer and cut some home made fries. Little fresh minced garlic and salt and pepper on the steak cooked on cast iron. I cut and soaked the potatoes, before going into the oil, stirring occasionally. The steak didn't take long considering I like it rare. Add some green beans and presto....Dinner!
